The Upper-Savo Development Ltd is a development company owned by the Confederation of Finnish Industries and eight municipalities. Our company’s objective is to increase the economic success, welfare, and appeal of the region. Our activities are based on the needs of the industry for development strategies and programmes. We develop companies’ business know-how and capabilities, promote co-operation between municipalities and the business industry, and assist the region in seizing different kinds of opportunities.

Our activities are divided into three types of services:
